1. Eligibility
The HRL Bonus Vault is an exclusive promotional bonus available only to individuals who start a qualifying Wix Premium plan through my official referral link.
2. Qualifying Subscription
To remain eligible for the HRL Bonus Vault, you must maintain an active, paid Wix Premium plan for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days from the date your paid plan begins. Use of the Wix free plan does not count toward the thirty (30) day period.
3. Loss of Eligibility
If your Wix Premium plan is cancelled, paused, refunded (including under Wix's money-back guarantee), reversed, charged back, downgraded to a free plan, terminated, or otherwise becomes ineligible within the first thirty (30) days of your paid plan, your eligibility for the HRL Bonus Vault will automatically end.
4. Promotional Value
The HRL Bonus Vault is provided at no additional cost as a promotional incentive for qualifying Wix Premium subscribers. If you have accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or otherwise redeemed any materials contained within the HRL Bonus Vault before your qualifying plan becomes ineligible, you acknowledge that the promotional benefit has been redeemed. In such circumstances, you agree that the stated promotional value of the HRL Bonus Vault (€300) may become payable, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer and contract laws.
5. Verification
I reserve the right to verify your qualifying Wix Premium plan status before granting or maintaining access to the HRL Bonus Vault.
6. Independence
The HRL Bonus Vault is offered independently by Her Remote Lifestyle™. It is not provided, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Wix.com Ltd. Your subscription agreement is solely between you and Wix.
7. Acceptance
By checking the box below and submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement, and that access to the HRL Bonus Vault is conditional upon maintaining your qualifying Wix Premium plan for at least thirty (30) consecutive days.
