3. Loss of Eligibility
If your Shopify subscription is cancelled, paused, refunded, reversed, charged back, terminated, or otherwise becomes ineligible within the first thirty (30) days of paid subscription, your eligibility for the HRL Bonus Vault will automatically end.
4. Promotional Value
The HRL Bonus Vault is provided at no additional cost as a promotional incentive for qualifying Shopify subscribers. If you have accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or otherwise redeemed any materials contained within the HRL Bonus Vault before your qualifying subscription becomes ineligible, you acknowledge that the promotional benefit has been redeemed. In such circumstances, you agree that the stated promotional value of the HRL Bonus Vault (€300) may become payable, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer and contract laws.
5. Verification
I reserve the right to verify your qualifying Shopify subscription status before granting or maintaining access to the HRL Bonus Vault.
6. Independence
The HRL Bonus Vault is offered independently by Her Remote Lifestyle™. It is not provided, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Shopify Inc. Your subscription agreement is solely between you and Shopify.
7. Acceptance
By checking the box below and submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement, and that access to the HRL Bonus Vault is conditional upon maintaining your qualifying Shopify subscription for at least thirty (30) consecutive days.
